5 mistakes in nutrition
1. Eating before bedtime. The kilograms appear with the proportion of caloric intake of each day, not necessarily correlated with the time of day when eating. However, consumption of food at evening slows stomach emptying; therefore digestion becomes difficult, which can later affect your health.
SOLUTION: Avoid fatty foods and take the last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime.
2. Eating too fast. Disrupt the digestion process and assimilate calories faster. Meals on the run can cause stomach burns. And throw off all your diet.
SOLUTION: reduce weight meals and during sleep keep your head higher towards the body.
3. Eating extra large portion. This is a mistake that you do especially when you are very hungry. This way you consume more calories.
SOLUTION: Have a snack (light food) that reduces from hunger and makes you consume less. Eat several times a day, but small portions.
4. You don’t hydrate sufficiently. If you are not drinking enough water to hydrate your body, especially during fitness, as it should, you risk slowing the metabolism, taking weight and getting with constipation.
SOLUTION: Drink at least 2 liters of water per day, natural juices and tea (especially green tea).
5. You don’t consume products with grain cereal. Fibers from cereals help to a better digestion, it is true, but many products from grain, like bread, crackers - do not contain any half of the quantity required to say that these products are “based on grain”. Most contain white flour with a small addition of grain.
SOLUTION: Look carefully at the products and buy those where the cereals are reported as second component in the full composition.
