What to eat and not to eat during summer

Foods you should eat during summer:
- Eat more fresh fruits
- raw or steamed vegetables
- fresh natural juices
- drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
- fresh dairy products like yogurt, curd, kefir, milk, soft cottage cheese
- wholegrain cereals
- honey
- fish as often as possible
- grilled chicken or beef with raw salads
- iced green tea, iced herbal or fruit teas
Foods you should not eat during summer:
- smoked foods, fatty foods, fried foods and long time cooked foods
- fatty cold cuts
- alcoholic drinks, especially if it extremely hot outside
- very cold beverages when it’s very hot outside
- concentrated sweets.
